scrawled off some stupid 4-page essay and handed in to ruth today during sectionals....shit lah...thanx to varun and his "brilliant" punishments for us sec ones...it was on why we didnt come for band, what we missed and why we should have come...very rubbish right? but nonetheless...we painstakingly spelled out each and every word...we even double-checked to make sure that the spaces and the words were big...for easy reading...wow...varun should thank us eh? well...i just wrote what i thought against my better judgement and handed it in to ruth...and the result..........she didnt bite my head off....she didnt throw me down the stairs...but she laughed like siao...oh yah...siew min and the other seniors too...whoa....!! and siew min say that i should get best for literature...whoa!! haha....yes yes yes...my words of wisdom CAN bring peace to the world!! lamo...the worst thing now is that ruth wanna show my "award-winning" essay to derek and the other guys in church...oh yah...you do just that ruthie...
for sectionals.........came in this guy from a trombone choir...daniel wong or something like that...thought us alot of useful stuff...like babbling...and buzzing...and how to make saliva bubbles...*thumbs up*...at first i was sceptical of this guy...his antics and jokes were...well......lame...but when he thought us how to make saliva bubbles....i thought...this guy is a-ok!! woo hoo!! and whats more important is that his trombone mouthpiece was beautiful!! simply a work of art...his trombone is a straudivarius...he said it is a bach...well...seriously...whatever...but his mouthpiece was the best...how i knew? well...i wasted a whopping total of five mintues asking him that...ruth was laughing every five seconds he was around us and whenever he opened his mouth...what the heck...seems like theres gonna be a new topic to rant about in church eh? and dereks gonna get jealous...over the high and mighty trombone player...! basically throughout the whole 2 hours with him...we learnt about the delicate inside machinary about the trombone and why we must keep it from being dented...and we also learnt how the trombone was made...well...seems like i'm gonna cover my trombone with padding everytime i take it out from its case huh...he also did alot of crap stuff but this one makes it to the top...
daniel: (takes out trombone slide) "this is a trombone slide..."
all of us: (looks at him blankly...)
